Right of withdrawal

You can terminate the loan offer you received by contacting Zmarta or the lender from whom you received an offer. As long as the loan agreement is not signed, it can be terminated at any time. You also have a 14-day right of cancellation on your loan after the agreement is signed. The 14 days are counted from the day you/the borrower receives the payment in your bank account. Your loan agreement states how much you must pay in daily interest for the period when you had access to the loan. It is important that you contact your lender as quickly as possible to find out how much you have to repay. You do not pay any fees when you cancel a loan. Your daily interest is calculated for the period you have had access to the loan. Your daily interest is calculated and written down in your loan agreement. If there are problems with your right of withdrawal, you can submit a complaint to the Financial Supervisory Authority at www.fi.se.

Complaint

If you have a complaint about the loan, you can contact [email protected] or the lender with whom you entered into a loan agreement. If problems arise that you cannot solve, you can submit a complaint to the Financial Supervisory Authority at www.fi.se.
